This teapot is small, elegant, and very practical , I love how it looks and works. I was happy to get it at a discount. Strangely, DHL sent me a paper bill for customs fees 10 days after delivery, while another order didn’t get taxed. The policy seems messy. But after I contacted Echokiln, they covered the charge.
